| did anyone really killed a single monster with another player on mh?? cause i never worked for me... until we can find a way to effectively lower ping between players, i think we're just wasting our time here. y not join me on peace walker  |

| this is odd... how come everyone gets booted when i go on a quest? anyone ever get this to work with monster hunter 3rd? |

| Ewejin is right unless CB upgrades his servers it requires a god-like ping to play online!  |

| haha. is it worth a try if we try to lower our ping to coldbird's server to compensate for the high ping between players? (not sure whether it works that way, lol) if so how to do it? |

| Actually CBs server acts as a bridge between the players when they are in the lobby.... after the all the players connect to the hosts connection.... CB has no part in it except to monitor the game rooms.... And ping can only be lowered by having a faster internet connection.... Other than that you can stop all the processes that are using the internet at that time and try once... But I dont think thats gonna help.... CB is still developing Online module maybe later on he'll fix it.... The actual problem he is facing is the problem for money.... He requires money to upgrade and keep the server running so that we all can play..... Thats the main problem!! :/ I am still a student.... But from the day I get my own money I'll surely give some to CB for the wonderful work he is doing! |

| i heard that, people dont freeze on quests.. they get disconnect from different "ping".. even dough i dont exactly know what ping is or how it works.. but i just got mh3 to play it on adhoc.. and even dough i cant play it online in 24/7 addicted to it now.. lol.. BUT YES!! LETS GO PLAY PEACEWALKER!!!!! DID U SEE OUR MORNING GAMEPLAYS AT 9AM? | Yea.. after a while. When the map loads up and the mission starts. The rest of the group breaks off and I find them back in the village.

| Darn, wonder how he got it to work, a lot of the players are experiencing troubles. We can meet in the lobby, but when we go on a quest we all get disconnected.
EDIT: Can post links yet... but I want a test with someone who has set there PSP to DMZ

| Neither MHFU or MHP3rd would work properly, I got the disconnected error on both. I've only tested MHFU once though. On the forum link above, for Monster Hunter Portable 3rd thread, it says "read this post about disconnected error" but the link is down. Anybody know what the link said? |
