I'll show you the best online shooter game on the PSP. The game is very unknown (I don't know why).
The game is called Syphon Filter Combat Ops. It's a really perfect shooter game and it requires pure skill.
You can even make your own maps with weaopons of your choice and play them with your friends online. The graphics of this game are the same like MGS PW.
No wonder why I've been playing this game for like 4 years. Untill the servers got shut down.
It has no Auto-aim which would fhuk up every game. That's why I don't like Socom with its auto aim... it's just too easy with auto aim.
The only game you can compare with this game is MGS PW. But if we're talking about "online gaming", Syphon Filter Combat Ops is better.

Features:

-Make your own maps with 60+ weapons of your choice
-Over 30 characteres (Soldiers, Zombies, Robots, Aliens, Cheerleader, etc.)
-5 game modes: TDM, DM, Retrieval, Sabotage and ROG (special game mode)
-Chat with a perfect Keyboard (you can write very fast with it)
-Microphone (also In-Game)
-Rank Stats
-Headshots are 1 Shot Kills
-Night vision device
-Switch very fast to other weapons (to secondary weapon)
-max. 8 players in one match
-etc.

What else do you need?! << uhmm... I don't fhuking know... nothing??

And now the best part which makes the game so funny is headshooting: It's the best way to be successful in this game and it's not as hard as you might think. But a good challenge against other ppl. Here's a video of me playing TDM on Syphon Filter Compat Ops (SFCO):

Now the sad thing is: This game is uncompatible with PRO C. That's why I want to say please fix this. Maybe you guys can help me make this game more famous by just telling about this game to your friends or even better letting Coldbird know about this game so he can fix it. That would be too good.

portable ops+ is better, its mostly for online and has been around longer

i still like MGS PW cuz the way u aim, looks cooler when u zoom in.. btw better graphicz than this.. my opinion

nice!! thanks for posting it up, i wouldn't mind trying it out, nowadays lots of ppl are using auto aim on pw which takes out most of the fun... (including ^^^ guy up there...) thats why i prefer to play with the japs and they are darn gooddd! you should come and try it if you're up for the challenge btw, try posting it on prometheus community forum, you'll definitely get my vote, besides you'll get more attention there too

To mpo+: You will see the difference if you try the game out. And you will like it. I promise you. I even played Portable Ops+ and honestly it's not better than Combat Ops. By far not. I don't want to have a fight bout what game is better haha I just wanted to let you know there's this game. And if you're a pro at Combat Ops, it's 3x as funny.

About the graphics: This video was broken and I had to fix it and the graphics became worse after I fixed it. So I tried to do it 1080p anyway but it's still not full HD. Sorry about that. And yeah... MGS PW graphics are a little bit better but they are on the same level.

If you want, you can try out Syphon Filter Logan's Shadow. It has a Story mode which is not really great but at least you can try the game out. Graphics and controls are the same like Combat Ops.

yo, i can play without using lock-on...
i come from ftb3.. which its boring for me, cuz its just.. boring

but playing the game back in 2010 wasnt soo bad, there was no hacking back then, and to win a match requires teamwork, not skill..

the only skill using lockon in ftb3, is that u can quick scope/get the right angle to get a headshot after shooting.. but i still like playing games without lockon, and its true it is soo much funner..

cant wait to get the MGS HD Collection for pS3.. i see ppl playing that online now and its incredible!!!

Hey Ratchet ! May I tell you something? I knew someone long time ago and he was a new player on Syphon Filter Combat Ops. He said he came from Socom FTB3 and he said this game is way better without Auto-aim.
Seriously what's so funny about Auto-aim? Lock on and shoot? All the time?
It just doesn't take skill you know...

Without Auto-aim, you can show your skills by killing 2 ppl in 2vs1. With Auto-aim, you definitelly wouldn't have a chance in 2vs1 am I right?

ik without lock on is much funner... but then again i dont like cod bcuz the campers, the grenade launchers, the damn choppers... and i feel they are using aim-bot.. so that game is no fun at all for me

i know its good i used to play Logan's shadow that had way more people on it,
but mpo has been around longer and its a lot better

??? We aren't talking about CoD... We are talking about Syphon Filter Combat Ops and there you can avoid ppl using Grenade launchers, etc.
And I must say campers are nowhere on this game.

aiming games are all the same in all game systems.. it just depends how stupid the game is.... cod berks

Oh my God... Does this game still have online servers? if it does please tell me i played MOHH1 and MOHH2 and then when those servers shut down i played FTB2 then those went down (i was pro in all 3 games). and i did not want to play the skill-less ftb3. please tell me how to play it!

If you're searching a good shooter game, Syphon Filter Combat Ops is the best choice

I've played pretty all psp shooter games --> and Combat Ops is and always will be the best game on PSP!
If you don't know Combat Ops, it's the time soon to know it when it becomes compatible to PRO-C

Get resistance retribution and no need of pro online... works best.. every time 100-200 people are playing it (I play every day) and feel free to get the best online multiplayer (Shooter game) , simply best on PSP and better than others as it is so portable!
